Gary and Nikki have been a successful husband and wife real estate team specializing in residential real estate in Florida since 1986. Nikki is a lifetime resident of the Tampa Bay Area. Originally from Binghamton, NY, Amy has called Florida home since childhood. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Amy moved to the Tampa Bay area in the 1970’s. Prior to joining The Gary & Nikki Team, Amy spent nearly 20 years in the mortgage industry. This background gives her a unique perspective as a realtor. Amy is dedicated to looking out for our client’s best interests while helping them to achieve their home buying goals. This adds up to an excellent home buying experience for our clients! Amy lives in Palm Harbor and enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, her son Charlie and their cat and dog Gordy & Shellie.

Manuela Woodrum, Buyer Specialist ext. 314
Manuela was born and raised near Frankfurt, Germany. She has worked for a family owned Real Estate Firm in Germany before moving to Florida after her husband retired from the U.S. Army in 2003. Serving and assisting clients in various capacities for over 20 years makes her an expert in customer service, communications, and follow through. She continues to incorporate her international experience to help her clients achieve their goals. Manueal sees herself as more of a facilitator and educator than a salesperson. She helps her clients to achieve their goals while providing all of the support necessary to set the stage for a smooth, positive and low stress Real Estate transaction. Manuela enjoys spending her spare time with her daughter and husband going horseback riding, bicycling and taking their Labrador to the beach - and most of all canoeing down the Hillsborough River. She is fluent in German.

Antje Anderson , Buyer Specialist ext. 230
Antje was born and raised in a small town in Germany. She worked as a mortgage processor until she got married and moved to the United States with her husband who is in the army. She returned to Baumholder, Germany where she had both of her daughters. During the time in Germany she held various volunteer positions from being an Income tax preparer to Legal Aid Assistant. She returned to the States in 1999 and lived in Kentucky and Chicago, where she worked as the Administrative Assistant at the US Army Recruiting Company Command. In August 2005 her husband was assigned to the Tampa Recruiting Battalion in Seminole, FL. With only 5 years left in the military she is hoping that this will be their final duty station before retiring out of the service. That is why Antje decided to pursue my lifelong career dream of becoming a real estate agent. She is very passionate about helping people. She lives in Dunedin and loves to spend time with the her husband, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat. She also loves to travel.

Originally from London, England, Dean has lived here in Pinellas County since 2000 and loves the lifestyle and the people. He puts his 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to great use as a Realtor and ensures his clients goals and expectations are exceeded in all aspects of the transaction. Handing over the keys and seeing the excited look on his clients faces at closing makes all the hard work completely worth it. Dean loves to build a strong working relationship with his clients that makes their home buying a great experience. When he is not selling real estate Dean loves to spend time at the beach with his family, take his dog for long walks and watch and play soccer.

Miriam (Mimi) Elias, Buyer Specialist, ext. 295
Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Mimi has called Florida home since 1978. Mimi first moved to Miami and became a funeral director, working for many years acquiring excellent customer service skills. After being transferred to the Tampa Bay area in 1995, she continued her career as a funeral director, until becoming a mom in 2004. When she is not helping others find their dream home, she is a dedicated mom to her 3 year old son.

Larry calls Minnesota his home state, but has lived all over...including Michigan, Oklahoma, North Dakota and now Florida. Prior to real estate, he spent several years in television news. Larry has learned the importance of communicating and listening to the customer. He and wife, Erica are blessed with one child, Dylan and two chihuahuas. Bob was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. Previously, Bob managed Data Center Operations and Customer Support for a networking manufacturer in New Jersey. He excelled at streamlining tasks, process automation and Customer Service. Bob moved to Pinellas County in 2000 with his wife Terri, and 2 sons. Bob now enjoys handling all tasks required to manage office administration, as well as providing world class customer service and communication for all clients. After work, he enjoys the beach with his family, riding in his Jeep, and anything outside in the Florida sunshine.

Kelly has been a local resident since 1988, she has been in sales and marketing in the bay area for over 17 yrs, 4 of which have been an independent agent with Keller Williams Realty of Palm Harbor. Marlene is the friendly voice that will be answering your phone calls when you call the Gary & Nikki Team. Marlene was born and raised in Wellsboro, PA. She moved to Palm Harbor in April 2003. Marlene held various administrative positions including 14 years in the transportation business. Customer service has always been her number one priority. She enjoys exercising, music, cooking and the beach. Marlene is married and has four children and eight grandchildren. She looks forward to helping you in any way that she can!

Terry is originally from Brooklyn, N.Y. She moved to Pinellas County with her family in 1974. She has been in the real estate industry for the past 30 years in Sales, Property Management, and worked as a Closing Transaction Coordinator for a top agent in Pinellas County for 7 years. She holds a real estate Broker License in Florida and Arizona. Terry works well with clients, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth and pleasant closing experience.
